When fitting
a roof box it is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Here are the most important factors to be considered:
The roof
bars should be fitted to the roof in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's
guidelines and the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the roof
bars.

on the roof should the box be?
The box
should be placed centrally on the roof bars to ensure even weight distribution.
If the box
is to be fitted to an estate or a hatchback, remember to leave enough
space for the tailgate to open.
The box
should be positioned parallel to the road to reduce uplift.
